Getting Started - Downloading the unlocking software

1. Download the unlocking software : click-here *
2. Connect your USB Cable or Hotsync Cable to your computer and phone
3. If you don't have drivers installed : click-here to download the drivers and full installation tutorial

* to uncompress the software, please use WINRAR : download-here

( We recommend you to use our drivers to eliminate possible difficulties ) 

How to unlock your phone using the unlocking software

1. Click here to buy your username/password
    
2. The username and password will be emailed to you within seconds of payment.
   Important: Free email accounts (e.g. Yahoo, Hotmail) may quarantine the email as Spam. Please check your spam/quarantined folders for the email before contacting us.
    
3. Run the software again and press "Phone Setting" to select "IDEN" :
   
    
4. Then press "Username & Password" and enter the ones your receive after ordering :
   
    
5. Press "Unlock Moto IDEN" :
   
   
   
   That's it! your phone should be unlocked after completing instructions.
   
    Requirements:
   • Windows 2000/2003/XP (This service will not work with Win95/98/ME or Apple Pc's)
   • Internet connection.
   • USB data cable

   Troubleshooting Notes:
   
   1. Always use a fully charged battery!!!
   
   2. During the unlock/test process if windows detects another Motorola related driver, click abort on the unlocking  software and allow windows to complete device installation. Restart the unlocking process once the new driver has completed installation.
   
   3. If the unlock process terminates before completion, your unlock credit will not be lost - try again in 30mins.
   
   4. Do not use or run any other program during unlocking / upgrading process
   
   5. We recommend you to uninstall any other thirty party Motorola software (e.g. mobile phone tools, Motorola flashing software, firmware upgrade software ..etc) temporarily to avoid driver conflict issue.
   
   6. If your machine in-avertedly shuts down, this indicates potential issues the Motorola USB drivers. Re-install the drivers
